magazines including trade & fashion publications.
He has taken his vision Internationally through his artistry on television and stylist to the celebrities. He was the featured stylist on NBCʼs show “Daytime” for a year and a half. Bekim was featured on Allure Magazine as TOP 50 colorist and has won multiple awards such as Makeover Hairstylist of the Year, Menʼs Hairstylist of the Year…..
As an educator, he has shared his knowledge and creative talents with stylists for many years including his award winning salon, Salon Gaboa USA established in 2004. Experience, training & his complete love of beauty and fashion has brought an award winning edge to this insightful Artist. Bekim will always continue to enjoy his vision passionately.
Sarah Misinszki
Sarah became aware of her passion since she was 6 years old and her dream came true! Sarah attended Manhattan Hairstyling Academy in St. Petersburg Florida. She began working at Salon Gaboa 2006, just after graduating. She has been able to learn and grow her career under the direction of Bekim Osmani and Vasko Bekiri. Sarah has competed in Wella’s International Trend Vision and has taken 2nd place Nationally twice in a row!! “I love competing because it challenges me to push my skill and creativity level to grater heights.” Sarah’s work has been featured on NBC’s Daytime Show! She motivates herself by being in tune with what clients needs are and by taking ongoing education.
Jessica Rupert
Jessica’s passion for the art and science of hair began at an early age of 14. She would cut her brother’s an neighborhood kid’s hair in the parents kitchen. She learned simply by watching her cousin cut, color and style her hair in her salon. Fortunately for her young client’s she only made one mistake in 6 years! After attending college she decided to return to the industry that gave her true joy and attended Lorraine’s Academy in St. Petersburg Florida. While attending the academy she met Bekim Osmani, a very well known and recognized hairstylist in the industry. He taught her many valuable lessons that she still practices to this day. She quickly received her license and started working at Salon Gaboa since the salon opened its doors in Jan 2005. Jessica was hand chosen by Bekim Osmani to help launch and become one of Salon Gaboa’s top stylists. Throughout her career she continues education and strives to give her clients the look and feeling they deserve to walk out into the world and feel their absolute best.
Oljana Zyfi
Oljana, grew up up in Albania, finished her second year of college and moved to America in 2001. Had to learn english very fast in order to better understand the people, culture and everything else in order to move forward and live the American dream.
Despite studying finance for 2 years she always found herself in the fashion and beauty world. She enrolled herself at Sunstate Academy in Clearwater for the cosmetology program. Despite the difficulties with not knowing the language she successfully graduated. Training under Bekim and Vasko she has become a very successful hairstylist that she wanted to become. She continues to educate herself by taking ongoing courses. “The better I educate myself, the better I am able to serve my clients” she says. She specializes in precision cutting, color, waxing, formal styling, manicures and pedicures.
Dana Minauro
Dana Minauro began her journey to becoming a stylist at the age of fifteen. Upon beauty school completion, she began working under the wing of a top stylist. Gaining this knowledge and experience, she move forward in her career and became a Redken master specialist. She found “home” at Gaboa where she has had the opportunity to train closely with three of the major brands in the profession including Redken, Goldwell and now Wella. For the past six years she has infused her work with the Wella brands, ultimately resulting in exclusive use of their products.
Bridget Clair
With more than 20 years of experience, Bridget’s love of the industry remains strong and thriving. Her passion for people and the love of her craft has made her a rare and distinguished artist. Bridget specializes in many fields including lifestyle looks, razor sculpting, event styling and export colorist. Throughout her career she has gained the trust and loyalty of her clients in which to Bridget, is the most accomplishment of her career. Bridget continues her education yearly and knows… No matter how much you know… there is always more to learn.
